What internet browsers are compatible with Virtual LOOP™?
The LOOP works on most major browsers, including Internet Explorer 6.5 or greater, Netscape version 7.0 or greater, NetScape 9.0 or higher and Firefox 1.1 or greater on PCs. Virtual Loop is also compatible with Mac versions of Firefox and Netscape. Unfortunately, at this time the LOOP is not compatible to be used with any version of Web T.V.
Why can't I log in, even if I know my User ID and password?
First, Virtual Loop login IDs and passwords are case sensitive. Second, you need to add Virtual Loop as a trusted site on your web browser. To do this, open a browser page click on Tools>InternetOptions>Security>TrustedSites>Sites. From there add www.onepricelaw.net to your trusted sites. Click OK on both open dialogs. Close your browser and re-open it. Attempt to login to Virtual Loop again. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service.
Why is the site behaving erratically; or why do parts of the site overlap in odd ways?
Most likely this is because you are not using Internet Explorer or are using a very old version of IE. Because different browsers use different protocols for client-side scripting, we have built our software to work with the browser used by the largest number of our users, Internet Explorer 6.5 or greater. Virtual Loop also is compliant with Netscape version 7.0 or greater and Firefox 1.1 or greater. Virtual Loop is also compatible with Mac versions of Firefox, Safari and Netscape.
How can I share cases, folders, notes and favorite searches with others in my firm?
You can add other people to your license to enable information sharing. This will provide a collaborative environment for the lawyers, paralegals and other assistants.
How do I add other users to my license?
You must give them your license key. To find your license key, log into the application. Click "User" on the menu bar and select the "Registration" submenu option. In the right hand column, second from the top, you will see the field "License Key:". Highlight this key with your mouse and copy it. After providing this number to the other user, they will put this into the license key field at registration.
How do I setup my Blackberry for javascript?
Blackberry browser is unique and does not identify its capabilities to web sites. Javascript and secure site is required for our website. To set up your Blackberry:
BROWSER OPTIONS
Change the default browser view
1. In the browser, press the Menu key.
2. Click Options.
3. Click General Properties.
4. Change the Default View field.
5. Press the Menu key.
6. Click Save Options.
CHANGE THE HOME PAGE (OR "START" PAGE)
Depending on your wireless provider, you may not be able to change the home page.
